Hi Cast - Do not forget the Tuesday rehearsal that was marked TBA, will not be happening, So we will see everyone on Wednesday from 3:30 - 6. We will be running Friday Cast.
Thursday and Friday we will have rehearsal from 3:30-5 Dinner break will be from 5-6 Students need to stay at the theater, (bring lunch, pizza deal or parent delivery) Call time will be 6 pm Saturday call time is 12 :00 Students are welcome to leave in between shows, but must be back for call time at 6:00 BREAK A LEG!!!! Well, I can hardly believe it, but it is almost SHOWTIME! Today is our Big Saturday rehearsal! We are planning our lunch break around 12:30ish, but we are requesting students not leave. They may bring a lunch or purchase a pizza meal deal, ( 2 slices pizza, bottle of water and a cookie or chips foe $5). The first half of our rehearsal will take place in the choir room at BHMS. All students should come prepared with their makeup kits, any remaining costume items they need to bring. Today is the last day to purchase tickets at the pre-sale price, as of Sunday, adult prices go up to $10 each. If you have not yet signed up to help out with this show, please do consider helping us out. We especially need Green Room Helpers, if we do not have an adult in the Green Room, we will not be able to use the room. Dancing & Acting Auditions - Feb 2 Call backs - Feb 3 For auditions you will need to: 1. Sign up for an audition time here 2. Fill out an audition form here ( rehearsal schedule can be found on calendar page, and here) 3.Print out, read, and sign the parent letter (also found on documents page) 4. Attend Wednesday's audition at your scheduled time, ready to sing. Please come prepared with an accompaniment CD, (music only, no vocals) if possible. Song selection should be no longer than one minute, and preferably from a musical. Thursday's audition will begin at 3:30 for everybody. We will rotate acting auditions and dance auditions, so please come dressed to move. We will post a call back list on the choir room door as well as here on Thursday evening. Call backs are on Friday for those we need to see again. Cast list will be posted by Monday. Character descriptions We will be selling DVDs professionally filmed at the Saturday performances. DVDs can be purchased for $15 each, via Paypal on the front page, or by bringing check or cash into rehearsal along with this order form.
